1.  THIS ITALIAN GREYHOUND out of (dam)__________________________________
by (sire)________________________________________IS BEING SOLD
TO__________________________________FOR $_________ON (date)_____________.

2.  Once paid in full, AKC registration papers are guaranteed unless other arrangements have
been made.

3.  NO REFUNDS are given for any reason.  If there is something wrong with your dog or you  do
not want to keep the dog, you must return the dog to me to be eligible for a replacement dog of
equal value. The return of the dog must be at your expense.

4.  If your dog develops a hereditary health condition which causes the death of the dog, or the
inability to use the dog for the purpose for which it was intended, then a replacement dog will be
offered. .  

5.  This puppy was bred from correct parents without any health problems, temperament disorders,
known hereditary conditions or major show faults.  If this puppy develops a show fault that renders
the dog unable or undesirable to be bred or shown, that is not the fault of the breeder and is the
chance you take buying a puppy.  Although a puppy looks promising and is sold as a show
prospect, show quality cannot be guaranteed.

6. I do not pay vet bills under any circumstances, and this includes any testing for any condition.

7.  You are never obligated to show or breed your dog unless prior agreements have been made
in writing .

8.  I realize that unpredictable events arise, and I am willing to discuss and resolve such issues with
an open mind.

9.  I recommend that you follow the IGCA code of ethics if you contemplate breeding your dog. I am
available for advice any time..

10.  If you ever need to dispose of your dog, I will take him at any time, and find a good home for
him.  If you want to sell your dog, please give me a chance to make an offer.
